We have tried to make our website as user friendly and simple as possible but please do let us know if you need further guidance.


For sizing, you can order your dress in a standard UK size but please do check our Size Guide as ‘standard’ sizes do vary from retailer to retailer. If you prefer, we can make your dress entirely to measure for an additional charge of £25.00 – please see our Made to Measure page for details of the measurements that we need and how to take them. If you are close to a standard size but would like to vary a dimension (e.g. you would like to order a standard size 10 but with a 35″ bust), you can do this simply by detailing the size variation in the ‘ORDER AND DELIVERY COMMENTS’ field when checking out – simply select the standard size 10 from the drop down menu and add the variation detail when checking out at no extra cost.

Order Confirmation

When ordering online, you will receive an automated order confirmation from our web site. This will be followed by a fully detailed manually generated order confirmation which will include details of any variations to the dress style along with any special instructions so that you can rest asured that we have captured all of your order details fully and correctly.

Delivery Information

Our dresses are supplied to you in an acid free box, with acid free tissue paper designed especially for Wedding Dresses to keep them safe and without damaging their colour. Please note that, although our dresses are pressed prior to despatch, as they are delivered boxed, dresses will inevitably need repressing on receipt. We deliver worldwide and use a courier company named Hermes for our deliveries.

Returns Policy

As our dresses are all made specifically to order, we are not able to accept returns unless a dress arrives damaged or is not order compliant. We expect to be able to relax this policy when our High Street stores are open and when we will be able to introduce dresses back in to our showroom stock.

Dress Images

Please note that whilst the images used on our web site provide a very good representation of the dress designs, production dresses which include lace in the design may vary slightly in appearance due to the availability of lace patterns. We will however endeavour to use a lace which resembles as closely as possible the material used in the original design and pictures. We are happy to provide images of the lace patterns that we will be using and if required, swatches of the material. Depending on the pattern involved, we may make a nominal charge for this but the charge will be deductible from a subsequent order.
